We are proud to be once again managing Orange’s biggest ever New Year’s Eve celebration, The McCormack Barber Party Under the Stars.

Few would disagree that this event was the highlight of the year in 2011, with an astonishing 6000 residents turning out to participate in a wonderful family-focused, alcohol free event at Waratah’s Sports Ground.

As a reward for our efforts, we picked up an Australia Day Award for Community Event of the Year.

Proudly supported by Orange City Council, Bendigo Bank, Essential Energy, John Davis Motors, Woolworths and Orange Ex-Services Club the spectacular event was a smashing success and we are planning an even bigger and better NYE for 2012.

Featuring a live concert, rock-climbing wall, jumping castles and other amusements, loads of activities for children and the biggest and best fireworks display this side of the Mountains, the event will be alcohol free and all about celebrating the wonderful and vibrant community in which we live.

Delicious food will be available on the evening, but families are encouraged to pack a picnic, listen to music and take part in the fun.

A gold coin donation is all that we ask people to donate on NYE, the proceeds of which will go towards a local charity.
